FULL INTERIOR
Design Project
We offer a full service residential and commercial interior design service, available locally and globally.
We specialize in spas, wellness clinics, hospitality destinations and curated residences. This is a step-by-step journey of creating visually appealing and highly functional interior spaces, supported by comprehensive technical documentation that brings the design to life with precision. Full interior design project includes following steps:
-
In the initial phase of our interior design process, we conduct a thorough analysis of your requirements. This involves collecting and studying relevant data to understand your specific needs and providing solutions for improvement. We also assist you in analyzing potential spaces you wish to rent or buy, ensuring they fit and suit your needs. We discuss the possibilities of the space, client preferences, and project budget.
Scope of work:
Site visit and kick-off meeting (On-site walk-through with the owner; Observation and documentation of architectural conditions and taking measurements; Aligning expectations and design goals.)
Codes research (Identify applicable local and international building codes, fire safety, accessibility applicable for particular project and location.)
Planning project’s timeline (propose a design schedule with key deliverables and milestones for all phases.)
Bubble diagrams and space flow programming
Floor plan with furniture, equipment and space flow (Preliminary furniture and equipment layouts in plan format to study space usage and flow efficiency.)
Mood boards with overall design style direction, finishes and references (Creation of curated mood boards to illustrate the aesthetic direction. These include materials, textures, spatial references, wellness design cues, and ambiance indicators.)
Emails, calls, meetings and presentations
-
We develop a highly functional and detailed space layout, presented in a white mode 3D floor plan which includes furnishings and equipment. Additionally, we create comprehensive mood boards for each space, material boards and collages that outline the proposed style direction, featuring specific finishes, furniture and equipment to ensure all elements align with the vision and preferences.
Scope of work:
Detailed floor plan arrangement with furniture, equipment, and dimensions presented in 2D and white mode 3D to illustrate spatial relationships, circulation, and scale in an architectural context
Mood boards and collages with particular selection of FF&E (Visual boards that convey the design language and atmosphere of each area, with specific examples of furnishings, lighting, accessories, and equipment; includes initial look & feel of millwork cabinetry
Material boards with proposed finishes and textures including flooring, wall treatments, tiles, upholstery, and accent materials; moldboard with physical samples
Preliminarily BOQ and FF&E with suggested key elements of all the spaces

In this phase, we offer a glimpse into the future of your space. Through advanced technology, we provide photorealistic 3D renderings that meticulously depict every aspect of the design. This includes natural and artificial lighting, textures, colors, and the integration of furniture and equipment. These renderings allow you to fully immerse yourself in the ambiance of the space, providing clarity and confidence in the design direction.
Photorealistic renderings (2 to 6 pictures for each discussed room)

With the visual aspects finalized, we proceed to prepare the construction drawings set. This set encompasses all essential floor plans necessary for the realization of the space. It includes detailed plans such as proposed floor plans, precise furniture and equipment arrangements, a meticulously curated lighting plan delineating groups and scenarios, as well as comprehensive electrical and plumbing layouts specifying outlets and appliances. Additionally, it incorporates floor plans indicating finishes, detailed millwork and custom furniture drawings, flooring and ceiling layouts, and elevations for each wall along with tile layouts. These meticulous documents ensure precise execution and alignment with the envisioned design concept.
Scope of work:
Proposed floor plans with final furniture and equipment layout
Finish plans detailing flooring, wall, and ceiling materials with accurate patterns and transitions.
Reflected ceiling plans (RCP) with detailed lighting placement, zones, and switching logic.
Electrical layouts showing sockets, switches, control panels, and coordination with lighting and AV.
Plumbing & Sanitary equipment plan
Flooring layout with material selection and footage
Interior elevations of all walls with full integration of millwork, furniture, finishes, lighting, and plumbing fixtures.
Millwork elevations & schematic 3D drawings for all custom cabinetry, vanities, counters, and specialty furniture.
Tile & Decorative elevations showcasing design patterns, transitions, and featured surfaces.
MEP supervision and collaboration (Ongoing alignment with MEP engineers to review layouts, propose design-driven improvements, and ensure systems do not conflict with interior features.

We meticulously compile comprehensive specifications spreadsheets detailing every element of the design. These specifications include designated properties, sourcing information, and cost details, ensuring clarity and precision in the procurement process. By providing detailed guidance on where to purchase each item and its associated cost, we streamline the purchasing process and facilitate seamless execution of the design vision.
Scope of work:
Specifications & Schedules - comprehensive BOQ and Specification spreadsheets including:
Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E)
Finishes (flooring, wall, ceiling)
Custom millwork
Lighting fixtures & controls
Sanitary equipment
Decorative items & artwork
Each item to be listed with: description, sourcing/vendor information, quantities, technical details, and target cost range.
